All our condom products from Condom Warehouse are sent First Class FREE to all UK destinations.
All orders received before 3.00pm (GMT) are dispatched same day and typically arrive the next working day. We regret that the service is not available on public holidays and at weekends due to the restrictions of Royal Mail.
To protect your privacy, all Condom orders are dispatched in plain, discrete packaging, with no reference to Condom Warehouse or the condoms inside.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your condoms, please contact us for assistance.
We reserve the right to charge additional postage fees for re-sent items due to customer non collection.
Returns
Condom Warehouse allow order cancellation for any reason within 7 days of receipt of your goods.
Goods must be returned by you unused.
We will refund your payment within 30 days. The refund can only be made to the card that the payment was originally made with.
To apply for a refund, please contact us. Our policy is strictly "no-quibble", but we would always appreciate feedback regarding the return of items.
This does not affect your statutory rights. |
